The Colorado-Wyoming Chapter serves the 13,000 people living with MS and their loved ones in our local communities. Multiple sclerosis (or MS) is a chronic, often disabling disease that attacks the central nervous system , which is made up of the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves. MS stops people from moving, our mission is to mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS.Walk MS, Bike MS, Hike MS or MuckFest MS are just a few ways to get moving and get involved!
Suggested donation per class is $10, however regardless of your donation we welcome you to join us for a great experience outdoors. Kids ages 2-9 are welcome to come play under the guidance of a P.E. instructor, and anyone over 10 can participate in the bootcamp, so bring the entire family!
The workout will take place at Stapleton Central Park at 8 am Saturday morning and will run approximately one hour. Meet on the west side of the soccer fields just east of the playground.
